Level 4: Results

The extent to which the assistance and accountability package, along with the training, result in the desired outcomes.

Long before a coaching or coach training course even begins, the initial steps in evaluating its benefits must be taken. Performing a training needs analysis (TNA) will show the present state of affairs and the desired changes. This can be done in a number of ways, from simply asking individuals to conducting an extensive series of meetings and surveys. 

The most crucial step is to identify key stakeholders, from the top to the bottom of the organisation, and make sure that their opinions have all been sought out and that business goals are taken into consideration.
