Mistakes still happen but they become part of the learning process. Employees begin to understand the importance of their role, gain confidence and take ownership of their work.

Over time with consistent feedback and performance reviews employees know what’s expected and how their growth is tied to their performance. They become more capable and aligned with the company’s goals.
