In this video, I will be showing you how to create clear KPIs. There are five major areas you need to clearly define to create your KPI for each role.

  • Purpose – The job’s overall reason for existence.
  • Outcomes – The outputs the employee must produce to satisfy the job’s purpose.
  • Key Tasks – Critical tasks and activities that the employee is expected to produce the desired outcome.
  • Measures – Measures to assess that the outcome materialised.
  • Targets – Specific goal points on the measures scale at certain time in the future.
