If you want to ensure that you are identifying and hiring correctly, it is essential to outline KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) before you hire.

KPIs should not be created after a person has been hired. The KPIs should be set even before you start the hiring process.

Crack the code: Clarity is paramount to ensuring your recruits are set up to succeed in their roles so that you don’t waste time and money on talent acquisition. A significant part of hiring is de-selecting those you do not want based on the job requirements and desired outcomes from the person.

The real advantage I am sharing in this video is the need to change how you approach hiring. Once you approach hiring the right way, by clearly defining what you want before you go ahead, you increase the chances of hiring the right person and getting the right results.
