- Payment Request – Communication to the clients for timely or early payments
- Request for Volunteers – Communication to the team regarding pay reductions, unpaid leave, reduced working hours
- Furlough Leave – Communication to the team members
- Tip – In Q2 2020, each employed team member will accrue 7-8 paid holidays (based on the holiday scheme and their working hours). You can ask each member to take atleast 5 holidays in Q2 2020 to ensure right resourcing once normalcy restores
